These terms cover use of the RetireForge marketing site (https://retireforge.com) — the pages you are reading now. They do not cover the RetireForge application at app.retireforge.com, which your firm accesses under a separate agreement with its own terms.
Informational purposes
This site describes the RetireForge platform for retirement plan advisors, their firms, and pooled plan providers. It is provided for informational purposes to help you evaluate whether the platform is a fit for your practice. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services outside the scope of a signed customer agreement.
Not legal, tax, investment, or actuarial advice
RetireForge is not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered investment adviser, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice. Illustrations and diagnostics described on this site are for discussion purposes and do not constitute an actuarial certification. If you need advice specific to a plan or a client, consult a qualified professional.
Fee benchmark figures
Fee benchmarking figures and peer comparisons described on this site are illustrative, drawn from data reported in public Form 5500 filings and the schedules attached to them. They are a starting point for a conversation with a plan committee, not a certified or audited result, and past filing data does not guarantee any particular outcome for a specific plan.
Intellectual property
The text, design, marks, and other content on this site belong to RetireForgeor its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages from this site for your own evaluation of the platform. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from this site's content, or use its marks, without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt this site or attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide.
- Submit the demo request form other than to make a genuine inquiry, or attempt to circumvent its spam protection.
- Use this site to violate any applicable law, or to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
- Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from this site without our prior written permission.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current at every moment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetireForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
The application is separate
Access to and use of the RetireForge application is governed by the master services agreement, order form, or other written agreement your firm signs with us — not by these terms. If anything here conflicts with that agreement for matters concerning the application, that agreement controls.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except as superseded by applicable federal law. A specific state and venue will be designated here once determined by counsel.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
